There's no really way to. You should join first, you if you seem to be an active member and good artist (it's not required, but preferred), we'll note you ourselves.
Co-founder will be chosen by me later or so.

Endangered Africa - Contest
The contest ends 31st of March.
First Place Photography, First Place Traditional Art, First Place Digital Art
Best Predator, Best Ungulate, Best Primate, Best Bird, Best Other Endangered Species
Most Thought Provoking Piece, Most Original Concept

We accept animals that are of vulnerable, endangered or critically endangered status as decided by the IUCN red list of threatened species. This information can be found on their website, or by looking up said species on wikipedia (which is quicker and easier), as wiki's information is taken from the IUCN's list. You may be surprised to find a lot of animals you would assume to be endangered aren’t actually listed as so by the IUCN.
